How To Boost up Concentration



Easy step to boost your concentration


   Concentration is an art to focus on things which are important for a long time or as long as you wish. Concentration can create a major difference in your life.
1.   Do you feel you can’t focus or concentrate?
2.   Do you want to master the art of concentration?
3.   Do you want to learn immediately now?

If your answer is yes !!!


Let’s start with a simple exercise. This will boost your concentration just by holding your attention. Before we start remember one thing you need to practice this exercise daily to improve your power of concentration. For this exercise you need a quiet place and time, a stop watch, a book and a pen.

Step 1. Take 2 to 3 deep breaths and collect all your attention as this is most important exercise that can help you achieve all your goals.

Step 2. Now focus on a image. The image should be very simple such as a square,circle or triangle of any color. For example you can see the image below.

    Step 3. Look at the image constantly for a minute and close your eyes. Now start you stop watch and try to visualize the image as long as possible. When the image starts to fade or wraps stop the stopwatch and note down the time.


         On first few days image will fade within few seconds as you practice daily you will see tremendous changes in your concentration.
