How To Manage "Stress"
We often say
or have heard the word “stress”. Now, what does the word “stress” really mean?“Stress” is
a sudden physical reaction of our body caused because of an unconventional or
sudden situation for which our mind is not prepared.
Think of
these situations
1. Exams
tommorow.
2. Job
Interview after two days
When we
think about the situations above our heart pumps furiously.We start thinking of
many” how?s” and “if?s” . In a situation of “stress” our mind only thinks of
two things to tackle the situation.
“Fight or
flight”-either face the situation or just back off the situation (avoid).
In 21st
century we are in constant red alert of “stress”.so it becomes necessary to
learn to manage our stress.The steps to tackle stress are :
1. Breathing:
Take some deep breaths whenever you are in
stressed situation.
2. Get Plenty of Exercise:
Exercising
helps you get good mind and body. A healthy body will help you tackle stress
easily.
3. Make Action Plans
Try to understand the situation and make strategies to tackle the problem instead of trying to avoid the problems.
4. Share with your Friends
Share the problems with your friends.Friends can help you solving your problems by giving their views.
5.Spend time with nature or pets
Go for walk and you can try anything else that makes you feel happy like play with you pet or watching comedy videos.
